From the reviews

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever received. As far as the business name goes, Jennifer was very “intune” with my body and sensed exactly what I needed. She gave me my first cupping session which was a great and relaxing experience. I came in with extreme neck pain and I left feeling well taken care of.

★★★★★ — Autumn, Feb 2021

Jenn's massages hit all the right spots. I had my best run in a long time the day after my massage!

★★★★★ — Janet, Jan 2024

Intune Massage & Bodyworks 90 minute massage Jenn has always been fantastic. I have been working with her for over 6 years and am currently seeing her for prenatal massage. She took great care in my comfort during the massage and focused on the areas I requested.

★★★★★ — Chelsea, Jun 2020

Absolutley wonderful and skilled masseuse! Always makes me feel comfortable. Jen will always work through a knot no matter how tough or long it takes. She's committed to providing a great service and always delivers.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
