From the reviews

Had an amazing 90-minute relaxation massage with Trista K at Intuition Spa & Wellness. I was able to book last-minute online (though that might not always be the case), and the place was super easy to find—right across from the Buffalo Niagara Events Center.

Got a 90 minute massage from Trista and let me tell you - I feel reborn. I am 4mo postpartum with tension specifically in my neck and back. Trista put a major focus and so much care into working out the knots and bringing my body back down to Earth. It was hands down the best massage I have ever gotten.

I had a 45 min anti-stress massage with Naudia. I added hot stones to the massage. Naudia explained everything she planned and encouraged me to let her know if adjustments were needed. The spa atmosphere is bright. Scented candles smelled great (that could be an issue for those who don't like scents or have allergies).

★★★★★ — Suzanne, May 2025

My wife was nervous about getting a massage for the first time, so I booked us a couples massage so I could be there for emotional support (which she ended up not needing because everyone was so thoughtful and kind!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
