From the reviews
Best massage in my life. Had severe shoulder pain/movement issues and Maggie resolved in one visit. I will definitely be back to maintain movement.
Simply stated, Maggie is top-notch. Not only does she take the time to listen to and understand your needs as a client, but her performance further speaks for her skill level itself. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and pays close attention to detail. She will most definitely leave you felling better!
Maggie's space was inviting and calming. She was thorough and informative throughout the massage. Maggie asked questions and tailored my massage based on my needs. I made a follow up appointment before leaving.
Maggie is beyond at what she does, she fully listens to your concerns you have while having the knowledge and skill to really just make you feel better. I highly recommend her to anyone.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
