From the reviews
I am currently being treated for mold toxicity, candida overgrowth, and potentially some hypothyroidism with Dr. Jonathan. I previously had 3 different functional doctors to try and help me before, but there was barely a change in my symptoms.
Dr. Jonathon is incredibly thorough—he takes the time to understand every detail about what’s happening in my body, and his dedication to truly listening and caring is something you don’t see enough of in healthcare. I can’t recommend him enough—10/10! I also want to shout out Dr. Lauren for my acupuncture sessions.
Hi, my name is Char and I am 48 years old. I have been suffering from acute sinusitis for over two decades. My sinuses have always been an issue, no matter what I have taken.
I have been doing a few sessions of acupuncture on my neck/upper back and hand and the results have been very positive. I suffered from tension/stress related headaches that easily turned into migraines. Since I started they have gone from 2-3 per week to 1x per month and no migraines.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
