From the reviews

I see Kinni Leiker for chiropractic care, and she is the BEST. Massages and makes sure my tight muscles are relaxed before adjusting. I also come here for blood draws - their phlebotomy team is the best as well. I’m a sensitive hard stick, and they get me the first time and with minimal pain. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Dr. Nare and Shelby R, along with Danielle and the UC techs and the admin staff are great! I would never have Physical Therapy anywhere else. They are so caring and treat their patients like we are family! Check them out!

I have osteoporosis and I fractured L4 and was in extreme pain and the dry needling worked to relieve the debilitating spasms so I could heal. A few years later I fell and fractured T12 and had cement injected into T12 to stabilize the fracture but due to the fall it upset my back.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
