From the reviews
I had such a great experience here! I had been dealing with some major shoulder and neck pain for a few weeks & Kim was absolutely heaven sent. Even though I was that annoying client that showed up 10 minutes late without filling out my forms prior to this (stupid, I know) - they got me in right away.
Jon was an excellent masseuse, he was very kind and used the perfect amount of pressure for me! And Brian is always an excellent acupuncturist! My neck pain felt 10/10 better after my two appointments! The clinic is always clean and has a calming atmosphere to it.
Dr. Toso has provided me with great chiropractic care for the last couple of years and I always leave in better shape than I arrive in. Natalie Zajac started treating me with acupuncture & Chinese herbal supplements about 8 months ago for endometrial pain, headaches, & sleep issues, and has worked absolute wonders on…
I got excellent service, and everyone was delightful. My service was acupuncture and it's making a big difference in my recovery. Kim is an amazing acupuncturist. My nerve pain is almost completely gone and numbness in my feet that I’ve had for years is improving significantly.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
