From the reviews

Wonderful massage, acupuncture and cupping treatments. The folks here are well trained and highly skilled. I’ve had a chronic headache for 36 years, and their treatments here have been effectively and substantially reducing that pain. Finally, some relief!

★★★★★ — Greg, Sep 2025

I’ve been coming here for acupuncture, massage, and cupping, and I can’t recommend this place enough. I deal with lower back and cervical issues, along with stress- and anxiety-related muscular tension, and the treatments I’ve received have been amazing.

★★★★★ — Justin, Mar 2025

Integrative Acupuncture has been life changing for me. Jonathan, Kerry, and Anna are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly care about their patients’ overall health and recovery. Meridyth gives some of the best massages I’ve ever had and always helps relieve tension and pain.

★★★★★ — Paul, May 2026

The only cure I found for my sciatic pain. Now I am going regularly for optimal health. Also terrific for midlife irritability. Both clinics, Montpelier and Williston, are absolutely fantastic. Dr. Kerry Boyle and Jonathan Flemming are my go-to practitioners. I can’t recommend this therapy enough. It is life changing.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
