From the reviews

Dr. Jess has been fantastic to work with! I started my medical journey four years ago with issues in all 4 limbs. I have seen about five physical therapists prior to coming to her. There are two key differences between what she does with Instacare and a stereotypical PT. First, she is much more hands-on.

Dr Jess is amazing. My first session she listened to my issues and went right to work helping me restore my movement. She preformed dry needling which helped relieve so much of my pain. I am very afraid of needles, Dr Jess assured me that it would not hurt, and she was so right.

I have been suffering from an unknown/undiagnosed pain in my left flank and hip for over a year bring passed from one specialist/doctor to another with no relief or results.

★★★★★ — Josh, May 2026

I’ve been dealing with chronic tension for years, originating in my neck, shoulder, and extending into my back. It’s incredible the relief that dry needling therapy has provided.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
