From the reviews
Let me start off by saying I can't imagine a better place in Minot to go for a massage. I've been getting massages for the past 5 weeks while travelling and none of them have held a candle to Inner Reflection.
I treat myself to a lot of massages and always experiment at different locations whenever I'm travelling or here at home to see what I like. It was my first time here because I've been holding off on massages for a few months after my last business trip and Covid making things unavailable, but I finally caved in and…
I am in Minot visiting and traveled for 12 hours to get here. I woke up today so stiff and sore. Inner Reflection got me in this morning and I had the most amazing massage ever with Rosie. It was like nothing I'd ever had before - firm massage, but not painful. Stretching and then massaging.
Justine has helped me so much! I broke my ankle in 9 places a few years ago. As everyone knows after a break you are never the same! She listens to me and my body! Over the top kind! With the foot reflexology she is not just helping my foot… she’s helped my sinuses and the tightness in my back across my shoulders.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
