From the reviews
I have had the opportunity to experience the services of Innate Wisdom twice. I was so impressed that I made my second appointment before I left after my first one. I enjoyed the atmosphere, and quality of the services provided. The added bonus of a free enhancement is awesome You receive the actual time you request.
My wife loves this place. She has been going every other week.
The booking process was seamless; the environment was very calming & inviting- Denorah professionalism & privacy was top notch- she really was able to work various problem areas & I left feeling invigorating & well taken care of- those hands are the real deal- everyone should try Innate Wisdom- your body will thank…
This Right Here!!!!!!! It’s THE place to be. Denorah does an awesome job from start to finish. I got a 30 minute massage knowing little about massages but I definitely have to come back for a 60 minute massage from now on. 10/10 Recommend!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
