From the reviews

Dr Zaki invited me to step in to the practice for the first time and I literally got a super experience! Very nice atmosphere and all the equipment works great. The people are very nice and kind and I would love to come here every week. The massage seats are a very chill way to start off the weekend.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly, professional and attentive team and immediately knew I would be taken care of. I’ve seen many different physical therapists over the years and never had much success until my friend referred me to Dr. Ahmed Zaki, at Infinity Physical Therapy.

I’m officially discharged and feeling 100% — all thanks to the amazing team at Infinity Physical Therapy, specially Shay! Their knowledge, patience, and encouragement made every session something I looked forward to. From start to finish, I felt supported and in great hands.

He’s knowledgeable, caring, and truly dedicated to his patients. Highly recommend. The office is welcoming and the staff is always kind.

Booking hijama (wet cupping) at Infinity Physical Therapy

Infinity Physical Therapy comes up as a provider that offers hijama — wet cupping, where the skin is lightly punctured after suction so a small amount of blood is drawn. If you're booking hijama specifically, a few things are worth asking before you go. First, sterility is everything — a reputable practitioner uses a fresh, single-use kit (new blades and cups) for every client and follows clean, gloved technique. It's completely fair to ask how they handle this. Second, many people booking hijama want a same-gender practitioner — ask whether that can be arranged. Third, ask about aftercare and whether they observe particular days if that matters to you.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
