From the reviews

I have been experiencing join pain and chronic fatigue for 6 years. I have seen multiple doctors and have have been diagnosed with lupus and fibromyalgia. I have tried medicine with minimal improvement. My friends kept asking if I had ever tried acupuncture.

I truly don’t have the words to fully express how incredible my acupuncture experience has been at this clinic but I’ll try my best. I originally came in for just a cupping session, thinking that was all I needed.

★★★★★ — Harpreet, Jul 2025

I’ve suffered with chronic muscle pain in my back and neck for most of my adult life and have tried almost everything including chiropractic adjustments and massage. I was in search of longer lasting relief and to discover the root of why I was always in pain.

★★★★★ — Jamee, Jul 2025

For years I suffered from migraines and as a result I was taking two medications. I was beginning to have serious side effects from the medication so I decided to try acupuncture with Carlos. I am happy to say that I am now completely off all medication and I don’t have migraines anymore!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
