My first visit and session with Maggie was etherically Devine, beyond comparison to any experience that one would expect from a massage session. It was energetic vibrational trauma-alchemizing release and alignment all at the same time.
From the second I stepped in the facility, I was warmly welcomed by all staff. The staff had a positive energy to them which easily made it a comfortable experience. My massage therapist, Conrad, was absolutely amazing.
I have gone here multiple times over the years. Excellent service. I always check out the specials and deals. I have had both Robin and Jacqueline give me a massage using hot stones, etc.. I can't say enough about both of their professional & Friendly attitude.
I had a 2 hour massage with Callie I couldn't say enough about her talents! She suggested reflexology and I said sure. I was so relaxed I could swear I didn't have a SPINE! What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
