From the reviews
I enjoyed my first massage with Eryn (who by the way is a dynamic massage therapist with healing hands!) more than 20 years ago, in Ann Arbor, Michigan where she was working as a massage therapist at that time. She delivered, hands down, the best massage that I had ever received up until that point.
Eryn is fabulous. Not only she is personable and friendly but also she is very knowledgable about muscles and aches and pains here and there. I have been seeing her both at my workplace (as a company perk) and personally in her office for about two years now and have sought her advice about several conditions.
I have been working with wonderful Eryn for 20 years! She is the real deal, coming from a family of healers and following her own calling as a massage therapist and reiki master very early on in her life.
This was my first visit, and I will be back! Erin was very professional and took the time to understand my needs and problem areas before the massage began. She checked in during the massage to make any necessary adjustments. The massage was wonderful, and Erin is amazing!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
