From the reviews

I am currently meeting with Natalie weekly for acupuncture sessions and will continue to meet with her because she is amazing and so professional. She's helped me immensely! If you're nervous about trying acupuncture then I would 100 percent recommend Natalie.

★★★★★ — Alanah, May 2021

Natalie is amazing! I have adenomyosis which causes daily uterine cramping and very severe menstrual pain. This last year my pain got so bad that I had to go to urgent care every single month. But after just two months with Natalie I had my least painful period in years!

★★★★★ — Jennifer, May 2021

I was struggling with weekly migraines and decided to try acupuncture to see if it could help. Natalie took the time to conduct a thorough intake, truly understanding my concerns, and tailored the treatment to my needs. After several sessions, my migraines have significantly reduced to just occasional mild headaches.

★★★★★ — Taylor, Jan 2025

I went to Natalie in hopes to induce my labor because I was quickly approaching 42 weeks. I went to her 4 days in a row leading up to when I delivered. During and after each session I started experiencing contractions and each day they would come back and get stronger.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
