Dr. Katie Kuhn is attentive during appointments and extremely thorough. She is always willing to answer questions and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. She provides insight on root causes of issues and makes a plan of care that is clear and realistic to follow.
Katie has helped me feel so much better. I was having trouble sleeping and dealing with some physical anxiety. She ordered a DUTCH test for me. Once the results were in, she was able to recommended some very specific supplements that have worked wonders!
Clean professional and really in-depth about your past medical history. Had nerve damage for 2 years. And even just the first session able to move my back and had release in pain and and full range of motion in my shoulder that I haven't had in 2 years. Can't wait to go back.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
