“Peggy is welcoming, exceptionally talented and really tailors the massage to your needs.”
From the reviews
Peggy’s massage is thorough, and effective and yet completely relaxing. I am a massage therapist, and I can honestly say, that I only hope the massages that I have given to my clients were as good as hers. I feel brand new after a session with Peggy, and cannot wait for my next one.
Peggy is so kind and very personable. She gets to know her clients and will remember you even after it’s been a while since your last appointment. I’ve been going to her for a few years now and always have a great experience!
Peggy is absolutely the best! I started with her years ago after an injury and continued with regular massages which helped me immensely. When she moved from RI to CT, I tried other therapists, but no one could come close to Peggy’s therapeutic touch.
I've tried several massage therapist in the area and to be honest, Peggy is the only one I'll ever go back to! She listens to what I need, knows when to apply more or less pressure and I walk out feeling so much better. She's also super nice, and puts me completely at ease.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
