“First time i had acupuncture, I sprained my ankle and I needed to be back on my feet fast.”

From the reviews

I have seen Dr. Liu on several occasions for low back pain and tennis elbow pain. The most recent time I went in, my pain had been at a 5 or 6 out of 10 for days. By the time I walked out, it was like a .5 - barely anything noticeable.

First time i had acupuncture, I sprained my ankle and I needed to be back on my feet fast. After only 1 treatment I could walk and almost all the pain was gone. He also gave me herbs and patches so it will help heal my ankle faster.

Dr. Zheng Zeng is wonderful! I felt comfortable with her from the moment I met her and could tell I was in good hands for my fertility journey. I’m convinced she helped my IVF transfer to be successful on my first try after many months of trying naturally and I now have a 3.5m old.

Postpartum Acupuncture: I have been receiving acupuncture for several years, but my postpartum experience has been by far the best and most life changing. I started noticing signs of ppd about two months after giving birth to my son.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
