From the reviews

Very welcoming and compassionate wellness center in St George. Came here for acupuntura and cupping treatment and will most definitely come again.

★★★★★ — Claudia, Apr 2025

I have had acupunture before but not with this level of care. Debbie was genuinely concerned with my welfare after I lost a close family member recently. She came up with a treatment that supported my grief and feeling disconnected. Little things like the care with which she placed the needles.

★★★★★ — Gary, Jun 2018

I decide to try acupuncture for my hives I’d been getting randomly for over a year. Debbie was genuinely concerned with all the supplements that I was taking, which I thought were good for me. She suggested which ones to stop taking, did several treatments of acupuncture to clean my liver which definitely helped.

★★★★★ — Dana, Oct 2024

I have been going to Debra for acupuncture for 3 years. Her treatments are amazing and help with a huge variety of health problems from nerve pain to nervous system imbalances. She is so sweet and knowledgeable. Also offers a variety of Chinese herbs to help you reach optimal health. So grateful she is here!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
