♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s now my one stop wellness stop!! I first did a reflexology session. Amazing!! Then a lymphatic therapy session - the swelling in my legs GONE!!! A massage with Melissa was just what I needed before a trip! Everyone is so kind.

While seeing Richelle for another service, we conversed about my son’s allergies and congestion. She recommended the Salt Booth (Halotherapy). He loved it and it did just as she said it would, cleared up the congestion.

Lydia is the best. I’m sure a lot of people say that about other therapists but in Lydia’s case, it’s actually true. I’ve been going to her for years for both therapeutic and relaxation massage.

This business participated in New Oxford's chocolate walk. I may have never stopped in if not for that. We arrived late, but decided to check just incase. Doors were locked. But a lady noticed us and let us come in. I only saw the front desk area. Nice little set up. CBD products like chocolate a d oils. Looked good.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
