What clients say about the cupping here
“I went for general health purposes, however, I was extremely sore from working out that week and I possibly had a slight injury, so I had a lot of back pain before my appointment.”
“She is not only thoroughly knowledgeable but her approach to finding the root cause of health issues is unique and proficient.”
“Nina explained that what I was doing was palliative —relieving the symptoms without full healing.”
“Under her guidance and discretion, I have witnessed how gentle and how effective homeopathic medicine really is.”
From the reviews
I would like to share my experience with Hijama (wet cupping ) . I tried it for 10th in the same year because it is really amazing. It worked with me like Magic .
Easy parking lot! The office is not hard to find and it is so cute inside! I got the wet cupping done, with five cups. Nina played music during my session, which was really nice and had me relaxed. She is such an easy person to talk to. My marks only lasted for a few days and my body felt great.
I am so grateful that my friend posted Nina on Facebook. I have had knee problems for 7 years and I was ready to give up and get a knee replacement surgery. I was in so much pain, a 9 out of 10 pain level. I decided to go to Nina as my last resort before surgery.
I usually dong leave reviews but for this one i had to. I am glad i found this place i had bad back pain for years and i tried the hijama and its been now 3 months since i got my first hijama here and i can tell my.pain is almost gone. Nina is very professional and the clinic is ao clean it looks brand new everytime.
Booking hijama (wet cupping) at HIO Homeopathy Hijama Fire & Sports Cupping Therapy and HIO Holistic Pets!
HIO Homeopathy Hijama Fire & Sports Cupping Therapy and HIO Holistic Pets! comes up as a provider that offers hijama — wet cupping, where the skin is lightly punctured after suction so a small amount of blood is drawn. If you're booking hijama specifically, a few things are worth asking before you go. First, sterility is everything — a reputable practitioner uses a fresh, single-use kit (new blades and cups) for every client and follows clean, gloved technique. It's completely fair to ask how they handle this. Second, many people booking hijama want a same-gender practitioner — a female practitioner is available here. Third, ask about aftercare and whether they observe particular days if that matters to you.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
