“comfortable setting, Fantastic healing massage”
From the reviews
Hilltop Acupuncture is truly my go-to place for healing both body and mind. I primarily work with Jason, who is an amazing healer. His knowledge, techniques utilizing a combination of acupuncture, acupressure, cupping along with herbal recommendations has worked wonders on my temporary and chronic conditions.
Jason is really nice and helpful doctor! It is hard to call him, but you should walk in to his office and talk to him, he will give you the way how to contact to him, and make appointment!
Jason is a really gifted healer. As soon as you walk into his office you immediately feel a sense of peace and know you will come out of the session with renewed energy and purpose.
I feel so lucky to have found Hilltop Family Acupuncture and especially Heather. Heather is a skillful and knowledgeable acupuncturist, but she's way more than that, she's also a wise and compassionate healer.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
