From the reviews

So thankful to have met Heidi in June 2021 when I decided to try a homeopathic approach rather than have the surgery, that is too often recommended for women even though is not life threatening...

I wanted to write a review on Heidi Lee because of how much I have gained from her treatments. I came to Dr. Lee originally because of a painful neck, which is being treated successfully, During the course of treatments, however, I began to develop a sense of well-being, with old issues lessening, such as tendencies…

Hiedi helped me with shoulder pain. Her treatments were gentle & she explained everything to me. Her office is clean & has good parking. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Hiedi is a local & friendly. I will continue treatments with her as the need arises and I strongly recommend her to others.

Heidi is amazing. She helped me with a shoulder injury and I felt better immediately. Her treatments are precise and effective. She is very thorough when targeting issues and her prices are great. If you have a recent injury or an old one flaring up you will be happy you went to Heidi.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
