I am impressed with Heather’s Holistic Health! We traveled from Vermont/New Hampshire for 3 nights of the Teslabiohealing and during the day we booked a couples massage to utilize and get help in further circulation and relaxation. The two massages were excellent deep tissue for husband and mild deep for me.
Where do I start? From the moment i walked into the office the atmosphere instantly relaxed my mind. Maria was excellent and such a kind soul. She made me feel super comfortable and gave my body an experience it’s been needing for a very long time.
We did a couple's massage & it was wonderful. Gerald is fantastic, he was very attentive to my pressure needs. They make You feel completely comfortable. You are covered with a sheet, they only uncover the area they are working on as they go. No reason to feel self conscious or nervous, they are very respectful.
Ruthann was AMAZING. Not only is she an incredible masseuse, but she is very knowledgeable in reflexology, lymphatic drainage and so much more. She talked me through everything and gave me advice on things I can do at home to ease some of my pain. I look forward to my next visit with this sweet lady!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
