From the reviews

I've been recovering from Total knee replacement surgery and my knee was stuck at a 90 degree bend at 6 weeks. My doctor reviewed another procedure to get it to bend. Having the benefit of working with HealthSource over the years, I opted to try "Non-traditional" therapy.

So glad to have found HealthSource of Rogers! My husband and I both started treatments for different issues and can’t say enough about the care we received. The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful! Dr Lynnsey really listens and cares about treating your concerns while working towards the goal of healing.

I’ve had a great experience. I walked in the door with so much pain I could barely lift my head off the pillow. After a few months of PT, decompression and adjustments, I felt as good as new. Now I go for regular adjustments and feel great.

I have been to other Chiropractic clinics but this group is far and away the best. Maddie is awesome with the PT and tech equipment. Dr Ben is very straight forward and helpful. I am someone that asks a lot of questions and he always has answers.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
