From the reviews
Now that he has completed his therapy, my husband's overall experience was excellent. It was easy to work with the desk staff, and in scheduling they made sure to accomodate my schedule. The quality of treatment from each individual therapist was excellent.
I had a total knee replacement in September. From my first call with reception to my last day the entire staff at HQ Romeo was fantastic. When arriving always greeted professionally and friendly. My main physical therapist Spencer was great. Always made sure I was comfortable, okay and no pain .
I’ve been coming here since my rotator cuff repair surgery seven weeks ago, and I can honestly say this place is different. Every single staff member is kind, encouraging, and genuinely invested in you getting well.
I injured my shoulder and after an extended period of time it just wasn’t getting any better. My orthopedic doctor recommended physical therapy as the first step towards getting healed so I chose healthquest in Romeo as it a convenient distance and i had previously used them in the past .
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
