From the reviews
I have been coming to this location for the last 4 years for an injury I developed from a car accident. This team has made this physical burden I have been learning to live with significantly lighter. They have been crucial to my well-being. I cannot say enough about how supported and heard I have felt.
Very pleased with the team and amenities at HealthQuest. I was impressed from the very beginning. It was easy to schedule my first appointment, my treatment plan was thoroughly explained, and the exercises are easy to follow.
Excellent care and service! Therapists, techs and front desk schedulers are top quality and professional! I cannot state enough how pleased I am with my experience after a full knee replacement. I Would definitely recommend!!
I’ve had an amazing experience at Oxford Health Quest Physical Therapy. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere has been upbeat and encouraging. The music they play during sessions creates a relaxed and motivating environment that really helps you push through your exercises.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
