From the reviews

I have an autoimmune disease and deal with swelling, inflammation, lack of energy, you name it. Everything hurt all the time. After my second appointment with Mrs. Rose while doing household chores it dawned on me that I didn't ache all over. I don't feel the tight, stiffness in all of my joints anymore.

2 main things to say: DO IT and Trust the process! I have struggled for several years with really bad hip pain and neck and shoulder pain. My new PCP recommended Deep Tissue Massage and let me just say, that was exactly what I needed! Never had I even had a massage before!

★★★★★ — Stephanie, Feb 2026

My leg has been swollen, sometimes painful, for years and doctors haven't been able to figure out why. I did my research about MLD and went to Rose. In three visits, the swelling is GONE! Long road trip, no swelling. I will continue to do maintenance visits to keep it going.

★★★★★ — Kathryn, Aug 2025

Rose was very kind and helpful I felt so much better after a relaxing massage. She used hot stone n hot compresses to alleviate my discomfort ! It was great! Thank you Rose! Can’t forget to mention she also prayed before the massage 🙏

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
