I’ve gotten multiple massages over the years and this was by far the best! They cover everything within the hour we have and they do hot stones and head massage. Perfect pressure and just overall amazing experience!
This is my second time visiting Health Massage. I also use the Groupon for their Couples Massage. They have pretty good massage therapist and the first time I was knocked out sleep. Especially with the music they played. The second time, the two ladies were a bit chatty but it eventually got quiet.
This is a very professional and truly therapeutic massage. I was working 12 hour days and had pain and soreness, Judy was the best at bringing me pain relief and refreshed to keep going. Probably the best I have had...and the atmosphere is friendly and ethical..thankyou.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
