Mayra was great. 90 min deep tissue with cupping. Definitely recommend cupping! I have had a lot of deep tissue work and really helped with recovery. Not as sore the next day. Mayra took her time to find the areas needing attention. She really cared about the results and helping the body move better. 5 stars for Mayra!
The massage room could be more cozy/relaxing with decor but overall it was a relaxing atmosphere. This is a new place so they will only improve from here. Kailey was great. I definitely recommend her for your massage.
This was my second time to Healing Touch, and once again, they did not disappoint. Leigh Ann was my massaged therapist today. Her pressures, her technique and her warmth was the perfect combination to put your mind and body at total and complete relaxation.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
