From the reviews
I am a new customer (My boyfriend Jeff knows Tina) Mark was my massage therapist and I did a deep tissue massage as it was very much needed. My chiro could not get me to adjust. The office was clean, staff was polite, and the room was relaxing. Mark made sure to get my main focus of my back and neck.
Today was my first time getting a deep tissue massage, as well as my first session with a male LMT. I am thoroughly impressed with Mark's skills and will definitely be returning to him for future work. For the first time in a very long time I feel like my problem areas were being properly addressed.
I had a good experience with my massage. I was skeptic on having one as the first massage I’ve had was not so great and few years ago. Someone told me to try again, give it another shot and I did. My massage therapist listened to me and not only helped me physically but mentally and I thank him for that. I feel good.
This was my first massage and I was slightly anxious to try something new but the staff easily cultivated a welcoming, comfortable, and therapeutic atmosphere. I believe I got the full body Thai massage for one hour and my body felt much more energized and relaxed afterwards.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
