Our first couple 90 minutes deep tissue was great. Lily was really nice and did her best to accommodate to my needs. Place was clean comfortable and nice reception lady. Booking was easy. We get massages regularly and have tried a few places in Palm Beach County, this place is so far best.
First time going here, was birthday gift from my husband(what’s great man☺️). The check in process was very quick, Upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk staff, she was very friendly. Gave her my name and was given a paper to show where my “pains” were and then was almost immediately brought to the back after.
I had a therapeutic massage with Kevin, between Kevin and the receptionist the service was excellent. Very kind, I’ve been to a lot of spas that claim to take a focused approach and they usually don’t. This one does, I specifically was dealing with shoulder tension and I told them that.
Kevin was amazing!!!!Ten out of ten stars.!!! He knows his trigger points and the anatomy of the body so well! He is super strong and fixed all my pain I’ve been storing In my body! I’ve been a therapist for 23 years and have had sciatic pain for the past month and he fixed me in one hour!!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
