From the reviews
I had a Myofascial Release session with Tyson and it was incredible. Years ago I went through months of physical therapy but in just 90 minutes with Tyson I felt more relief than I ever did in PT. I was so impressed I booked my next session the very next day.

What a beautiful massage setting within the rooms! I am incredibly impressed by Lindsey’s skillset. I told her what I needed and she delivered 100%. I could tell by her movements she could feel where my pain was centralized.
I’ve been going here since last year and it’s been a game changer for my neck pain. Not only that, my stress levels have reduced dramatically! Lindsey is amazing at what she does; dare I say an artist in massage. She makes sure you’re comfortable and is a great communicator. I highly recommend her and Hands on Health!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
