From the reviews

If I could rate Kelley more stars I would! I found Healing Hands Wellness Massage on Google as I wanted to find a massage therapist that focuses on wellness. I started seeing Kelley since October 2024 due to significant upper back and neck pain I had been experiencing.

★★★★★ — Sisi, Apr 2025

Kelley took the time to get to know me and my address my problem areas with her massages, I can’t give her enough praise! She really knows the body’s anatomy and walks me through her techniques and how they’re helping. Wish I could give her more stars.

★★★★★ — Jerrica, Aug 2025

Had the most amazing massage with Kelly. Her magical hands and knowledge of the body make for a perfect massage. I have had 2 massages with Kelly and I'm definitely booking another one soon.

★★★★★ — Yvonne, Mar 2023

Kelley is so knowledgeable and amazing at her job. She takes the time to understand what hurts, and what is needed to feel better: I suffer from scoliosis and I’m always in pain. Kelley truly has healing hands! I always feel so much better and have a reset to go back to my normal life.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
