The first feeling you have when you come in trough the doors is "home". The atmosphere is welcoming and at the same time professional. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Prices are reasonable, and every minute of the services they provide is worth it. They have a lot of specials going on every month.
I've been going to Healing Hands massage therapy for about a year and a half now, and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with their services. I've been seeing the same therapist, Chet, for each of my visits, and he is incredible at what he does.
Had a great massage! I called in and got an appointment for 20 minutes later. Don't remember her name, thin young white lady. Asked how I was doing and good communication but not bothersome at all if you don't want a super verbal experience.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
