Fantastic place-clean, calming and welcoming! I absolutely love the ambience of Healing Hands! The decor, cleanliness, even smell is all soothing and inviting! Hanna is an expert at finding the problematic areas and helping release muscle tightness or tension.

1000000/10 Hanna is a true magician, I was so impressed with how she worked out the huge knot on the back of my neck. Its such a welcoming environment and vibes are amazing. They have available period products in the bathroom AND reusable paper towels with fun patterns on them. I already have my next massage booked.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
