From the reviews

I’ve been going to Brendan for about a year. I’ve been getting massages for over 20 years. He is hands down the best. This is a first rate experience. His space is surrounded by the forest, and he integrates sound healing into the work with low volume solfeggio music with binaural beats.

★★★★★ — Alex, May 2026

Brendan is an Amazing massage therapist. Definitely Worth any visit you can manage. He has intuitive hands and a holistic approach to massage therapy and wellness. He listens to me about areas I'd like to concentrate on, and he also works on places that need deep tissue work.

★★★★★ — Rachel, Aug 2018

Brendan did an amazing job. I had been dealing with lower back pain and got a massage from another place that didn't help as much. A friend recommended Brendan and I am glad that I made an appointment.

★★★★★ — Benjamin, Aug 2017

Brendan is a wonderful massage therapist. I told him my areas of focus, my preferences for pressure and tempo, and he was very receptive and provided me with exactly what I asked for. The massage was wonderful.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
