From the reviews
I have been a client of Diane’s for over fifteen years and have received massages and she introduced me to BARS. The massage and Bars have been a blessing for my wellbeing and health. I am so grateful to her for her healing knowledge. After receiving BARS. I signed up for one of her BARS class.
Nice polite and professional. Very clean and was amazing. Owner is a amazing person and very good at what she does
Diane is an amazing healer, everyone could benefit from a session with her. I took my first Access Bars session with her and I can't explain enough how profound it was. I didn't know what to expect, but no worries, the energy does the work. Just relax and receive.
Diane has such a nurturing touch. I have been fortunate enough to take her Access Bars full day class and my body was so relieved. I went from tight clenched jaw and headache to stress free and relaxed. I’m so grateful to receive Bars from her. And I’m looking forward to receiving a massage as well.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
