From the reviews

Courtney did a fantastic job on my massage. I was having neck and shoulder issues and she really took time to talk to me about it before the session. Then, her massage techniques really helped. I already have another couple of massages on the books!

★★★★★ — Linda, Jun 2026

I highly recommend! She was incredibly sweet, kind, and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond while working with my daughter. She took extra time to understand her injury, provided a personalized at-home recovery plan, and genuinely cared about helping her heal.

Courtney is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! Her space is very inviting and comfortable. She makes your massage an experience rather than just a quick service. She listens to you in your areas of need and really customizes the appointment to your needs! 10/10 recommend!

★★★★★ — Kambree, Jun 2026

One of the most relaxing massages I’ve had in awhile. She focused on the areas that needed more attention with detail. My daughter also sees Courtney after a few days of sports activities. Her background as a trainer was so beneficial for areas that were more sore than others.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
