…I had cupping done which I was very scared of but Alicia ensured me that that it would help me feel better, and explained to me the process on how it works which helped me better understand and feel more accepting of the cupping. I feel a lot less tense and didn’t wake up with the pain I usually do.
I did the float after purchasing a Groupon for it and it was amazing! The float area is a big room so there is no closed in pod to be afraid of. It was easily the most relaxing hour of my whole life! The staff is so kind and helpful, they really made me feel like a queen for an hour. I cannot wait to return!

Amazing place to get pampered at. I experienced my first float service and I was so relaxed I could feel my stress melt away. The staff is friendly and accommodating! Owners are sweet and professional! I will be making my visits to them regularly!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
