From the reviews

All I can say is amazing!! I saw John for a neuromuscular massage therapy appointment and I feel so much better. I tweaked my back, have chronic migraines that cause neck and shoulder tension, and general chronic pain from old injuries and this service helped so much. Incredible relief from years of pain!

★★★★★ — Christina, Nov 2025

Tiffanie is the best! I felt broken coming in with so much pain to walk on my foot. After the deep tissue massage I felt so amazing. It feels great to not feel so much pain anymore right away. I didn’t realize how tense my whole body was. Definitely a great investment coming to her for a massage. 100/10 experience!

First off I love the atmosphere! The walls are painted in warm tones and it’s very welcoming and calming. Miss Tiffanie was amazing! I work at a bakery and am on my feet for 8+ hour a day. She found all the spots where my muscles were extremely tight and really worked them over.

★★★★★ — Danielle, Aug 2023

Tiffanie is a magician. She always figures out exactly what my body needs and I feel so much better after the massage. Days later I am still moving so much better and she gives great tips for small adjustments in posture and stretches that will help long-term.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
