From the reviews
Lindsay Hunt has been my massage therapist for over six years. There is a reason she is still my massage therapist: she is great at what she does! Lindsay has a superb attention to detail. She is not "one size fits all" approach. Rather, she tailors her techniques and modalities to the needs of the client.
I was having consistent middle/low back pain that began causing neck pain. I did a search of the web for "Massages near me" since we're new to this area and Lindsay's business showed up and I'm SO glad I went to her! She's very friendly, knowledgeable, and has healing hands!
As a veteran with significant back and neck issues, I’ve been to a lot of therapists. None have been close to what Lindsay can do. I have always embraced the pain of a massage because I knew I’d feel better at the end of it. She was able to find ways to help me that didn’t even hurt.
Lindsay is amazing! I have seen her twice so far and each time I walk out feeling better. I have large knots up and down my back and she's working really hard to get them out. This last session, I walked out able to bend my neck further than I've been able to in a long time.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
