From the reviews

Booked a last minute couples massage after trying availability at 15 other places . They had lots of evening openings and it did not disappoint! Easy directions thru email to get in & parking. Such a cute place and very comforting.

I booked a 1.5 hour deep tissue appointment and got Kate as my massage therapist. Realistically, I should've booked it for a full 2 hours because I didn't want to leave. She was so professional and welcoming. I told her about my main concerns on what areas I needed the most work on and she delivered!

Edit: The owner was very prompt in their response and I appreciate them reaching out to make this right. I was reimbursed for my part of the couples massage and appreciate the communication from the owner! My husband and I got a couples massage today. His was great. Mine was okay.

I highly recommend Chelsea for high quality bodywork. My deep tissue massage with her quite literally left me in a prolonged altered state of some of the deepest relaxation I’ve felt in a long time — esp. as someone with chronic asthma and lots on my plate as a nonprofit executive director.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
