From the reviews
The staff at Heartland are very professional and accommodating. Mark has an amazing way to make PT both beneficial and fun. I also love the fact that he is always acquiring new skills and knowledge to better assist his patients. I recently had him do the Cupping on my back. It worked wonderfully.
I recently had the opportunity to work with H2 Health, and I can confidently say it has been a transformative experience. After a difficult labor and delivery, I faced significant challenges with immobility in my left leg which resulted in a pronounce limp, intense lower back pain, and the inability to hold my baby…
I am attending physical therapy at H2 Health. This time it is for neck pain. I had previously attended for back pain. Thanks to my therapist, Mark, my neck pain has greatly deminished. Mark is a great therapist and he knows how to instruct me on the proper ways to do each exercise.
i came here for my shoulder and in the beginning i couldn’t move it or do my duties at work without it hurting so bad, Mark worked with me and helped me get to where i now can use my shoulder pain free! he also is super fun to work with always makes you laugh and feel welcomed!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
