From the reviews
If you do one thing for your well being, make it a visit to Guan Yin Healing Home. Diana is an exceptional acupuncturist—empathetic, kind, and truly generous with her time and resources. Her knowledge of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine is unmatched.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Guanyin Healing Home and working with Diana, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped in, I felt a sense of calm and tranquility. Diana’s expertise and genuine care for her clients are evident in every session.
I started working with Diana only six months ago and I can honestly say she has done more for me in those six months than any other doctor has in my entire life. Diana was initially recommended to me by a relative who had been seeing Diana for a while and I was able to watch all the good she did for them.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Acupuncturist Diana is, without a doubt, one of the most caring and passionate acupuncturists I’ve ever met. From the moment you walk into her space, you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
