Stacy And Katie We’re Very Professional And Fun To Be Around. Highly Recommend Batesville GTS For Your Therapy.
I went to GTS with a bicep injury that had me very limited. I couldn't pick up my kids anymore, and my kids are young and tiny. They helped me work my strength back up slowly and carefully. Started out curling 5 lbs when I got there.
GTS has been great. From the first visit, to the current visit nothing has changed. Everyone there is great, especially Tiffany. She has helped me so much after rotator cuff surgery and continues to help as my treatment continues.
I came here for physical therapy after an accident and had top-notch care and they were with me every step of the way. They answered all my questions and progressed with me through every step with doctor visits and check ups and they have also even cared for me after my visits were done and checked in.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
