From the reviews
Natasha is the best! This place is amazing, she makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in, it’s always clean and she makes you feel comfortable. Best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had! Conveniently located near downtown Woodstock, easy to find.
I saw Natasha for the first time today, and was so impressed with her listening skills and genuine empathy for my shoulder pain. Too early to tell on complete elimination of pain, but hopeful and optimistic. Thank you again Natasha
Natasha is an absolute miracle worker! I went to her with intense hip pain and nerve pain shooting down my leg, with pain levels at an 8 out of 10. I was desperate for relief, and Natasha delivered beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, Natasha’s warm and professional demeanor put me at ease.
I cannot recommend Natasha highly enough. She is both the owner and therapist, and it is clear how much pride and dedication she brings to her work. Natasha is incredibly skilled and very personal in her approach. She makes sure each session is tailored to what your body needs.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
