What clients say about the cupping here
“Greenwood is very professional and understanding.”
“Greenwood took time to explain the procedures and to teach me how my body was functioning and compensating.”
From the reviews
Dr Greenwood carefully listens and asks the right questions to understand what my needs are. I have seen many chiropractors and I very much like his methods for taking care of my aches and pains. I could barely turn my head to the left, and my low back was sore.
Dr. Greenwood provided excellent chiropractic care. He has a great touch for adjustments and soft tissue work. I appreciated how Dr. Greenwood took time to explain the procedures and to teach me how my body was functioning and compensating.
Dr. Greenwood is very professional and understanding. He is very good at talking through the examination and keeping you informed of what he is working on and why it will help. This has helped me not have recurring pain.
Never been so proud of him such a wonderful man and father. Yes he has adjusted me I am in my 60s and I have never been to chiropractor until Jim became a chiropractor. Grateful 🥹
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
