From the reviews

I've been getting bi-weekly massages for over a decade now, but I've been here for the last three years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Whatever my body needs, be it hot stones, cupping, fascia work, or just get my muscles to relax; this is the place to go.

Way better than the light massage you get at a spa, they're here to do work on your body! You'll feel it right away! With a solid understanding of body mechanics, they can find and release complex muscle groups that I didn't know existed! After every session I sleep better and fall asleep faster at night.

★★★★★ — Callie, Jul 2019

I don't use the phrase "life-changing" much but I came here once and Amy straightened out a chronic back problem and a recent neck crick that made it so I couldn't look left all the way. Very professional, VERY good, worth every penny. She's super nice, too.

★★★★★ — Maxwell, Jul 2019

I agree with all other customers : professional, knowledgeable, friendly and clean. Besides an amazing deep tissue massage that allowed my body to let go of tensions I had forgotten I have them, I received very helpful and easy tips for better self care. It is a little out of the way, but the trip is totally worth it.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
