I live with severe back & shoulder pain from a former injury. It has been years now that I go for a massage at least twice a week to help alleviate some of the pain. Last night was my first time at this place, and I can honestly say it was hands down the best massage I have ever received in my life.
I have been going here for almost 8 years and I haven't had a bad massage here yet. Sunny does an amazing job relieving me of my aches and pain. She finds the knots in my body and does a great job eliminating then. There are other masseuses that are just as skillful but Sunny is my go to.

Wow, really great. I was so sore going in and definitely sore leaving and the next day but it was a good sore. The lady was really nice, respectful as well. The location was a bit dated.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
